Creative Placemaking in the Lewiston Downtown Master Plan

Beautiful Downtown Lewiston Revitalization Corporation (BDL) is leading the development of a Master Plan for Downtown Lewiston in partnership with a variety of private, public and community partners. The Master Plan is intended to provide information about the opportunities and challenges the neighborhood presents for public and private investment in businesses and property in the commercial district and create a plan to guide continued revitalization of the neighborhood.

This project is deeply rooted in the best practices identified in “How to Do Creative Placemaking,” published by the National Endowment for the Arts in January 2017.
