Properties with Possibilities Tour

MAY 2, 2019 | 8:00AM-1:00PM | DOWNTOWN LEWISTON

Stay tuned for more information about our 2019 Properties with Possibilities Tour!

Lewiston, ID— Entrepreneurs, investors, and curious community members are invited to join Beautiful Downtown Lewiston’s “Properties with Possibilities Tour” on May 2, 2019. The guided walking tour will showcase ten commercial properties in varying stages of rehabilitation which are available for rent or purchase for commercial investment.

“We’re excited to show off the great progress that’s been made by private investment in downtown Lewiston since the inaugural Properties with Possibilities Tour in 2016,” said Courtney Kramer, BDL Executive Director. Newberry Square at 800 Main Street sold after being shown on the tour in 2017, was under construction in 2018 and is full of commercial tenants in 2019.  “Three of those tenants participated in the 2018 Properties Tour,” said Kramer. “It’s satisfying to track the impact of this event.”

Tour tickets are free for BDL members and $20 for the public. Tour tickets must be purchased in advance by April 30 and are available on BDL’s website at http://beautifuldowntownlewiston.com/discover-downtown/invest/properties-with-possibilities-tour/

The tour will begin at 8:30 am at Blue Lantern Coffee House, at 326 Main Street. Participants are advised that closed toed shoes are recommended and not all properties on the tour are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Tour tickets include the price of a luncheon at the conclusion of the tour. The keynote luncheon speech will be presented by John Pernsteiner, Executive Vice President of Emsi, a Moscow firm that leverages data to assist global firms in identifying talent pools for business development. Pernsteiner was elected to the Lewiston City Council in 2016 and serves as liaison to Beautiful Downtown Lewiston.
