FREE PUBLIC WORKSHOP:
THURSDAY, JUNE 7, 2018
5:30 TO 7:00PM
LEWISTON PUBLIC LIBRARY
411 D STREET, LEWISTON

Owners of buildings in National Register of Historic Places Districts often ask about ways they can get financial assistance to rehab their historic properties. One of the most useful and successful programs to help them is the Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Incentive program. This program provides owners a tax credit (that’s money back in your pocket) of up to 20% of qualifying rehab costs on their income producing buildings – commercial, industrial, and rental residential can all potentially qualify.

Come learn about this beneficial program and how it can help you rehab your building from some of those who know the program best – staff from the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office. They will walk you the basics of the pro-gram and help you understand how you can take advantage of this excellent opportunity! The workshop is FREE TO THE PUBLIC, however, participants are being asked to register so we know how many cookies to provide.
