Wedding Walk Exhibitor Information & Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in Beautiful Downtown Lewiston’s Wedding Walk. We are seeking businesses that set themselves apart through superior quality, design, and craftsmanship. This is an opportunity to engage with couples who are planning one of the most important days of their lives, and we are looking to exceed their expectations. Please follow the steps below to submit your application.

 

Step One: Review the Wedding Walk Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

 

Step Two: Submit your application with payment online, or print and mail your application with payment. Applications must be received by March 30, 2018.

 

Step Three: Submit an Idaho Tax Commission Form ST-124. All exhibitors must complete this form by April 7, 2018, regardless of whether or not you plan on making any sales that day.

 

Step Four: You will be contacted and notified of your booth placement before April 6, 2018. All exhibitor booth spaces will be inside the Lewis Clark Hotel, The Orchid Room, or The Salsburg Room, unless your business has been specifically requested by a downtown brick & mortar merchant to be placed in their establishment (for example, The Diamond Shop may choose to host an exhibitor within their store). Please do not contact merchants directly to inquire about placement in their establishment.
