ARTIST APPLICATION

This is for artists to apply for the 2025 ArtWalk, which takes place on October 3rd from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and October 4th from noon to 4:00 pm. This event showcases regional artists in downtown Lewiston. Artists are encouraged to be present at their location during the event, but it is not a requirement. Join us for the 13th year of this successful event that is well-attended and celebrated by the community. This application page is for ARTISTS interested in displaying their artwork in a local business. The application fee is $25. Please provide at least 4 samples of the art you would like to showcase if chosen.

Beautiful Downtown Lewiston presents the 14th annual Artwalk, October 3rd-4th, 2025, showcasing area artists in businesses throughout downtown. We encourage main street businesses to register as a host locations for artists and musicians to showcase their art.

BUSINESS HOST LOCATION REGISTRATION

Please note, regardless of if you're selling or sampling in your host location:

In order for BDL to be in compliance with the City of Lewiston and Idaho State Alcohol Beverage Control, every host location MUST have proof of ONE of the following:

  • If the Winery/Brewery of your choice is coming to serve at your location - they need to obtain a catering permit and have a copy emailed to [email protected] OR dropped off at the BDL office located at 528 Main Street no later than FRIDAY SEPT 12TH 2025 4:00 PM PST.

  • Your host location has a current/active alcohol license. A copy of your license must be emailed to [email protected] OR dropped off at the BDL office located at 528 Main Street no later than FRIDAY SEPT 12TH 2025 4:00 PM PST.

  • This option is only available to BDL members. Pay the permit fee for beer $20, wine $20 or $40.00 for both, to BDL no later than FRIDAY SEPT 12TH 2025 4:00 PM PST. You must fill out the post-event paperwork by FRIDAY OCTOBER 31st 2025 4:00 PM PST and email it to [email protected] OR dropped off at the BDL office located at 528 Main Street. All funds are used for permitting only and are non-refundable.

    Please note if the reports are not done on time after the event, you will not be able to have a permit going forward.

MUSICIAN/BUSKER/PERFORMING GROUP APPLICATION

This page is for musicians, buskers, and performing groups to apply for the 2024 Artwalk, which takes place on October 3rd from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and October 4th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This event showcases area artists and musicians in over 30 locations in downtown Lewiston. Join us for the 13th year of this successful event that is well-attended and celebrated by the community. This application page is for those interested in performing in a local business.
